In 2001 , S.A.I invested in a production unit of 750m2 for the Hydroxyapetite powder production. The development of the company has been accompanied with reinforcement and an improvement of its production materials. S.A.I. extended its range of products by suggesting several types of calcium phosphate-based ceramics. Thanks to its centralized production unit and its integrated control laboratory, S.A.I. guarantees the continuous regularity and quality of the powders.

The company built its identity around 4 strong points: - THE EXPERIENCE With an experience of many years in manufacturing synthetic powders; today more than 350 000 prostheses per year are coated by SAI manufactured powders. - THE QUALITY We have obtained the NF EN ISO 13485 C ertification, version 2004, delivered by the G-MED for our Quality System as well as our compliance 210 CFR 820. - THE OUTPUT Our production site works 24/7, which enables us to produce more than 7 tons of powders per year. - THE SERVICE S.A.I. assists its clients in: the qualification and adaptation of the powder on their plants, thus enabling them to gain time and make money.
